TAB Meeting Dates

TAB is a book club where students read some of the latest books nominated for the Best Books for Young Adults and make recommendations to school and public librarians on books to purchase. A joint venture with Arlington Public Libraries, TAB clubs exist at all the middle schools, with a county-wide high school club at Arlington Central Library, a HILT TAB club at Jefferson and a SOAR club at the Career Center.
- We meet at lunch time in the library (bring your lunch from home if you can or buy it from the cafeteria and then bring it to the {apple on book} library). See schedule below as well as the library calendar. Snacks will be provided at all meetings.

{whiteboard} At the TAB meetings, students discuss books they have been reading. They rate their books with 1 to 5 stars, with 5 stars being the best book they have read this year. Students are also asked to write very brief reviews on TAB review forms to post on the TAB bulletin board. This year the TAB review forms have been revised.
